Even though the market for units in our development was pretty was difficult for sellers, Christian found a buyer (from Canada) for our home within the first few days of listing it on the MLS. Christian was the most responsive and helpful agent we've ever used. We had to deal with some issues during escrow, including a major plumbing repair. Christian went the extra mile for us by stepping in to deal while these issues for us while we were at home in a different city and the buyers were in Canada.
